Warranty ? 10 2SS

I have a very small oil leak on my 10 2ss/RS. When I bought my car used the owner told me the car was not in warranty. Is there any reason why a 2 year old car with 21k miles on it is not under warranty?

You guys with 10 cars can you shime in with what kind of warranty you had/still have on your car?

Thanks

LOOP

Are you sure it's only two years old? When I traded in my 2010 almost two months ago it was one month past the three year warranty.

If it's been tuned- maybe not.
I've got a stock 2010 SS with 24,000 miles.
I have just under 2 years left on my drivetrain warranty.
