Connection

Does anyone know what this connection does it's running out of the fog lights and side marker connections I disconnect it and doesn't effect anything

It doesn't effect you fog lights and side marker lights when unplugged?

Looks to me how everything was rewired and swapped out the halos headlight casing and they installed the regular halogen lights, the connections are without harness's some of them and running directly with pins
