The end huge mufflers, near the exhaust tips are still on there. Its the Hpipe thats been changed to a straight pipe. Atleast I think its called a hpipe

Thanks to you all for offering advice.
I will take your advice and get some muffler work done just so it can pass the test.
After that its back to straight pipes!!
