Okay folks, It's been a week since I took delivery of my freakin rocket. I can't get over how fast this thing is. I'll post as many of the pictures as I can. The Pics without the stripes was directly after being delivered. The stripes are painted on by the bodyshop @ Oceancrest Chevy. Shawn and his crew did a beautiful job of it.

I spent the morning with htwlss and her husband. Had a wonderfull visit and they are even more excited about getting their yellow 2SS/RS.

Wow, man! They did a helluva job with those stripes! I LOVE how they come up and over the rear spoiler.

Wow those stripes might be the best to date, i actually like how they come onto the rear of the car a tiny bit after going over the spoiler. Are those able to be ordered or were they done locaally and custom?

The stripes were painted on by the dealers body shop.
I took the photos off the thread in the Camaro photos and spyshots thread.
The body shop manager suggested dropping it down onto the trunk lid 3/4" above the body line to match the front. The only thinng removed was the black insert for the mail slot.

Word is ours in on a rail car with an ETA of next week.

Jayhawk - could you provide a link to the exact threads you got the pictures from to show the body shop manager as I prefer these stripes over the factory stripes.
