I've been watching SingShot's ordeal because I'm afraid that my "fix" isn't going to hold. I believe that they've replaced his control module (among other things) so my fix isn't going to work for him.

Nothing as of yet. This car feels extremely solidly built. I do have a nasty ding/scratch on passenger side door and curious if anyone has an idea on how much that would be to repair. Call it an inch skin deep scratch + ding.

Um and yeah paint chipping around gills on passenger side but barely noticeable.

I noticed a couple of paint chips on the hood. Could have been from the nuts/bolts and other things that came off of the semi-truck in front of me a couple of weeks ago.

But thanks to my "stunt driving", I missed most of the crap that fell off. Other than that, it's a well built car and I fully expect to drive it to heaven when I go.

Clutch petal stuck half engaged in first, supposebly fixed by redesigned pressure plate. They took no chances trying to fix it right though, also a new clutch and flywheel. Fingers crossed......

Starter engaged while and attempted to turn over while I was driving, twice. Had the car towed to the dealer both times. First time, they thought it was a bad starter, so it was replaced. Second time, GM sent the northeast head engineer and someone from quality control out to review. Starter and underhood fuse block was replaced and all wires to and from the starter were replaced. Since the last fix, no problems.
