I need ProCharger help

So I bought a new blower and other supporting stuff (Sniper EFI intake) to replace my D1SC I had before. Got everything buttoned up, and my tuner said he saw a peak of ~6lbs on the Dyno. Made 490whp on no timing. This setup should be making ~15-17lbs and nearing 1000whp.

I did a compression test - good compression 140-150psi all cylinders. Checked all hoses and charger housing for leaks. Redid my vacuum lines and routed the the red race valve vacuum indepently. I've pulled and reseated the intake many times. The car is drivable and I actually got dusted by a newer chevy Silverado at 80% throttle on the highway.

A friend said it could be a stuck valve but wouldn't that get smacked by a piston immediately? I thought it couldn't possibly be the procharger itself as it's spinning perfectly fine with no unusual noises (aside from the coffee grinder whine at idle)

My aeroforce gauges are showing 0psi on boost. I didn't touch the red race valve during the build but it's fluttering now. Procharger told me the valve would still seal enough to hold some boost pressure. I'm starting to run out of hope as to what would cause such a loss. Anyone have anything?

Check where you are drawing vacuum for blow off valve.

I'm drawing it straight from the bottom of my intake. No interruptions.

I just put on a brand new valve and it's still fluttering. It shouldn't be fluttering but I have no vacuum leak

i recall the last procharger install i did, i think we T’d into the large brake booster hose coming off the back of the intake manifold.

Post a pic of your vacuum lines. It should be open at idle. Put a vacuum gauge on the line going to the valve.

My vacuum line used to come off of the booster line. My sniper intake had an extra port so it's running directly off the sniper now. Still flutters. I have pc a call and they're at a loss too

the sniper fittings and locations are garbage, should be off the main brake booster line as per the procharger install instructions. Good luck seeing 1000hp on 15 lbs thats a pipe dream. What size pulley on the D1X because on a F1A on my 427 I am hitting 16lbs on E-85 and not breaking 900hp on a 16lbs with a 3.85 pulley.

I had it running off the brake booster and changed it to a direct vacuum. No difference

Bilbo my car made 820/750 on 11.9lbs with a D1SC. 1000whp is at around 17lbs.

Do u have a vacuum gauge that u can connect to the line your using?

Where is the surge valve located in the piping?

Did you change camshafts?

Switch intercoolers you might pick up a lot I am doing 806rwhp very conservative tune on a f-1 with biggest pulley. On a sbe I could pick up 60-70 more without adding more boost.

I don’t know what a d1-x should do?

I recommend you start with a proper boost test.

you remove the air filter and use something like this to presurize the system and find any leaks.

Update: I removed the charge piping from the blower and she BLOWS. Did the same for the intake side. No blockages. Intake is seeing the air it should. Not belt slip either. The cam or bottom end of the engine hasn't changed.

The BOV still isn't whistling at idle and I've checked the 1/4 hard line that connects to the intake. No leaks. I'm gonna swap back to a stock intake because I'm done with this Holley bullshit
