This weather sucks guys.... I just got in the rest of my black out kit so once the sun cames back I am in the money. With the overlays, would it flatten out better with a heat gun? anyone know?

I told Simons today about the lunch on friday, I guess I was relaying the info to the wrong number. Also trying to get Chris to show up. So we should have some new faces this lunch. :-)

glad to hear yall are meeting next to the Marine unit again..... I dont see why I cant make it this time.

Which is good, because I would like to bring something up for discussion.

The Bridge street car show on the 7th of november is a Toys For Tots event.... I talked with the guy setting it up. I let him know I'm a Marine working in the Toys For Tots program, and a member of the Rocket City Camaro group.

I will be there in Uniform for thet T.F.T. side of things regardless... and am bringing my Camaro.

If the club wants to group together and participate.... he will section off prime real estate so taht club integrity can be maintained and have all of us parked in the same place.

as well... if any of you want to try networking with other car clubs, to get max participation from them.... it could make this a great show... and a big help to Toys For Tots.

Hell yea, We were actually talking about an event like this, I am not sure if this is the same one, But i think this would be a great thing to bring up at the meeting. I am definately down for the TFT event. Was it not the mustang group talking about a similar event? I wonder if they know about this one.
Anyways, I ended up getting a four day weekend for picking up a random 24hour duty and still working this morning, so I am off to clean the car get the black out kit on finally and drive around aimlessly while the sun is up...

If anyone wants to grab some wings tonight hit me up, I'm thinking knuckleheads.... Which by the way has new owners whom I know, they also own the shooters pool hall. The owner and I were talking a couple days back and he said a monthly cruise-in sounds great.
