I never took a position on false advertising. I never really saw the value in HP being such a big part of advertising... I tend to think 0-60 or 1/4 mile or slalom times or skid pad times were a much better assessment of a car's performance.

I'm commenting on your relentless pursuit of accuracy where us Camaro owners are concerned.

Not to rain on your guys' parade, but a couple mags have just tested the new V-6 stang and found it out-performed the V-6 'maro (It was something like a half-second quicker to 60; don't forget about the weight advantage!). You also didn't get the real point of the commercial; they're claiming to have the first 305-hp motor to make 31mpg.... Anyway, I could care less since I bought an SS and once I swap in my 4.10 gears, I won't be worried.

I couldn't be happier that Ford is responding in the way they are. The fact that the mustang is getting all this new capability is a good thing for everyone.

@unfair. i was referring to how ford is advertising the mustang as the FIRST 305 HP V6 which is not true since the camaro's V6 has 312 horsepower before the mustang did. not true = false putting it into advertisement = false advertising. this is all i am saying. i have litteraly no idea what your talking about when you say GM is giving false advertisments as well :/ also i was asking a question not stating a fact.
