All I have been saying all along is that GM should automatically be extending the warranty for anyone that has experienced top issues.That would go along way in keeping customers happy and supportive of their products in the future.

If GM Canada does not issue an extended warranty to cover my top and water bag, I too will be looking at other manufacturers as my warranty comes close to expiration.

My '01 Convertible has been 100% dry and trouble-free.

Well now that I finally watched a video of the top in action, I understand more about it. So yeah, I guess there is no need to route the water through the car. Nice design. Not sure why something wasn't done like this on the Camaro, but most likely it was a cost-related decision.
