This build is wild man. I didn't read the entire thread, so this might have been answered already, but what are your plans with the car? Class and/or grudge racing, or just something you run for fun?

It's just something I run for fun. No class or anything like that

I dont update as much as I used to but taking the car to get some safety stuff updated and changes coming to make it streetable again.

Getting a dash bar added to the cage, steering column redone, brake pedal mount redone, radiator mount redone, parachute mount braced, trans crossmember redone and a front driveshaft loop added( ran a long time without one), belly pan made so I don't have to run a diaper, making a more permanent ice tank mount, and making my side glass easily removable via pins or something of that effect.

While it's there going to get a quote on updating chassis to a 25.x cert so that might be now or this winter. Naturally still waiting on valves for the cylinder heads

Got my heads back and the car is almost done at the chassis shop. Will be picking it up this week and throwing the motor back together. Super happy with how everything is coming out this go

Got the car back together. Just need to finish a few odds/ends mostly wiring(turn signals, brake lights, fuel level gauge, and indicators on the dash). Picked up a motion raceworks monocord., highly recommend

Got the car up to temp and tried spooling it and the thing still doesn't want to build more than 2-3psi even with the dry shot so going to try setting up an anti lag style table. Will post pics of what I used when I get it spooling nicely.

Worked on it off/on all day letting the trans cool a good bit before attempting again. These are the tables I ended up with. Adding 25% fuel, pulling a ton of timing via a 2d table, a 150hp shot, and the rpm offset

Got the 1" brake masters swapped out for the 7/8" ones picked up some low viscosity hy gard to replace the ati 30 weight ft type, see if that also helps the unit spool a tad faster yet.

Got the driveshaft loop installed(attached pic) super happy with how that turned out.

Before I make it back to the track I need to get a new driver's side belt ad mine is outdated, refill my co2 bottle, mount my nitrous bottle, go back through and check lash on all the rockers/retorque rockers and just a basic nut/bolt check on suspension/lug nuts.

Hoping it cools off soon to get this 4 second pass thats been haunting me for the last 2-3 seasons

Well things didn't quite go as planned. Head split all the way across from cylinder 2 to 8. Reached out to frankenstein and they are replacing the castings at no cost as it was a known issue with the early castings. Huge shout out to them for standing behind their product.

Unfortunately this was at the track and almost wrecked the car from water getting under the tire. Everything else felt solid so once I get these fixed it will be ready for some passes
