Still searching, however I came across another thread where someone mentioned there was a TSB for not having A/C or Heater controls. Is anyone familiar with this?

Air blows from the vents, it cannot be changed to floor or defrost, and no heat (as if the temp selector isn't working). Only the blower speed selector is working from the two pods.

sometime my vent wouldn't close up even when I select the close option, air still blow through when I drive

Found the TSB here. My VIN falls outside the affected. Guess I'll keep poking around.
