I don't think the Z/28 springs will work on the 1LE. I believe GM states that the front Z/28 springs are 85% stiffer and the rears are 65% stiffer. I don't think the FE6 shocks can dampen/control that much extra spring force. So even if they physically fit I think performance would actually be degraded.

They stated that without saying based on which model...SS would be about right... surely not from a ZL1.
The 1LE front springs are stiffer by at least 35% from the SS. The rear are the same although...and those are the ones I want to stiffen up!..?

I thought the 1LE used the same springs as the SS all around. Just different Shock/Strut Valving plus the change to a monotube rear shock.

Not saying you are wrong but that's the first I've heard of that.

My understanding is same springs, different struts.

I found info in the 1LE section that I think will clear this up. Notice both the front coil spring and rear coil spring list the part number as being valid for both the SS and 1LE.

Weird, when I received the front 1le kit the front was all assemble, strut, shock and spring and the rear had no spring included...hummm.
i don't know why they would included the front spring if its the same as the SS since they did not included the rears ?

It's different than the V6 spring. They also are a PITA to install on the strut. You need a press. The rears are a different set up.

The reason is this kit would also work on a V6 Camaro.
The picture above is the T2 track pack with subframe bushings.

The two new part numbers don't include the bushings and the V8 kit doesn't include the front springs or mounts.
