Did you read any of the coments on jays website? Some people actually think the car is going to have a checkered paint job.

I'm tired of doing homework.... The reality is that those of you who think you are getting a ZL1 @ MSRP and especially at a MSRP of $47,000 or $48,000 is very unrealistic, you guys must be smoking some serious pipe action.... I don't think GM is worried about pricing the ZL1 in Corvette territory or any other GM cars range, it's an awesome ride with awesome specs so far and the performance is outstanding from what we have seen, so i believe the MSRP will surely reflect it.... I still think the MSRP will be around the $55,000 mark...
Have a goodnite folks !!!! |

Watched the vid today. I did not get the impression at all that the car will be anywhere near 75K. I think Jay used that number as a ballpark to exclude the z06 and include the CTS-V and others as has been said. The president followed up with a comment on how Chevy has always stood for value, etc. I think between 55-60K is much more realistic.
LOL at the people who posted on Jay's site that they hated the paint job and unrefined interior of a camouflaged test-mule! Morons. |

It might have something to do with the headliner and gaskets being removed.

Drooling, drooling, wow wish this veteran had the funds for this. Dreams do they ever come true? All I want is a job and a ZL1! This is truly a magnificent piece of art that needs a owner like me! Dear Santa..........ZL1 pretty please cherry on top!
