You know I just watched the glenn beck show with Fritz Henderson on and I think that that might be a good point man to break this huge story. He does both radio and tv and has a pretty good audience.

Interesting idea but my dealer for one is very strong. Large metro area, sells lots of cars and trucks, owns their own inventory, and no other close dealers. I cant see them hitting the list. But another thought was why dont they pull unsold orders for QC rather than sold R6P ORDERS?

2010 SS RS, I'm in VIN 3625. What frustrates me most is the lack of information as to why it is QC hold. And why would 3622 http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18918 post 13, the identical car to mine, only 3 cars ahead of me on the assembly line, be delivered on April 24th with no QC hold?

I know is that not the funniest thing......Someone else on here had it and I went thru the whole thing trying to squish it.....Just had to have one of my own. I tried posting a whole bunch of em in my sig but it only will let me add one.....you can right click on it and save it for later or other use if you want. I think emails would be a fun place to add one....lol

This is the third thread on this issue to be very active in the last couple days. At this point it appears that there are over 30 forum members stuck in QC. It wont be long before someone else notices our issue just like the cracked facia and starts blogs on motor trend, Car and Driver, Edmunds and the other Auto related sites. I am going to start getting the word out later today after speaking with Customer Service and DBC. I want to get exactly what I am told down so that my information can be accurate and up to date.
There is no excuse for no communication from manufacturer, to dealer or customer when cars are sitting for 8 weeks in QC. And as far as the new QC's like mine....I was told it was just a random pull. Well random this GM, pull the unsold orders to let sit for weeks and let the sold orders go thru and ship! If the car has the R6P on the build sheet......which mine does.....dont pull them for QC. Get the next one on the line. Duh!

Welcome all you newcomers to area 51... I can tell you it won't do any good to bug anyone about it! Calling the dealer, the DBC or the DEO of GM will not get your car here any faster. There are several posts on here of people doing just that with no faster results.

There must be some serious issue that certain cars have and GM might not know how to fix it as of yet. Otherwise there are no reason cars sit this long after PDI.

What I can't figure out is how they had so many CTF vehicles for testing long before production started, and they didn't find any of these mysterious QC issues that are now holding back so many production cars and preventing people from getting their early orders!
