I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure if you order different wheels, they will be installed at the factory, and they keep the RS wheels.

That is the priority #, that is the ranking the dealer gives each order to pulled/picked by GM in workbench. I was reading a thread here, someone else was saying that their dealer was giving every "sold order" the same priority number.
