Will we have to get the NAV faceplates programmed?

Using the 'old' onstar box, do all of the voice commands work?

Sweet, Message sent. Whenever I get home from this deployment, I'll have another gift to install. Again, thanks for all your hard work

Sweeeeet. Are you guys having trouble ordering the nav faceplates at all, or just getting a volume number and better cost on them?

Do you have a camera harness ready for the mylink only?

Great to hear about new Onstar not being needed. (I may keep mine as my 2011 1lt doesn't have BT so it's worth it to me if adding it gets me this feature)

Also that's a great group buy price, I think my soucing for personal parts may match up to it after all is said and done. Mind you I do have my faceplate.

Which brings me to another question.

My faceplate has heated seats control but my seats are cloth and do not have the heating option. If I buy the leather seats I want from the same car I got my nav unit out of will they be plug and play or will I need a harness and or dealer programming for that?

That is if 2014's can be placed into 2011.

Pretty sure you will need BCM Programming at least, and possibly modified harness (or pull the harness from the donor car for the seats, perhaps)

I guess I can try if I do buy. I think it may throw codes due to airbags but not much else. Plus I'd have to follow the add power passenger seat tutorial minus the actual parts as I'd be getting the full seats.

Anyways don't want to set this topic off topic.
