Kooks LTH buy already ceramic coated?

I was wondering if the following could be purchased already ceramic coated:

https://www.phastekperformance.com/K...s-2250h420.htm

My usage will be daily driver with the annual across-country trip. I understand that coating the headers will greatly reduce heat and therefore increase reliability. The last thing I want to do is decrease reliability- I do not want to be delayed in the middle of Kansas, etc.

If they cannot be purchased already coated from an online source, what type of shop can deal with this, and how much would it cost? I would be open to buying this setup from a forum member.

With this setup, would you recommend running stock exhaust? I am fine with a moderate increase in volume, but my neighbors would like it limited. I cannot tolerate drone while cruising on the highway. This entire purchase stems from the fact that my current stock cats are no longer working 100% and are bound to fail entirely at some point. No smog testing, I am free from that! I would probably have a re-tune on a dyno after install.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Found a customized option with ceramic coating from Kooks:
https://www.kooksheaders.com/vehicle...d-effects.html

With this selection, do I have to choose an exhaust system from Kooks, or will stock work? Also, the link shows with ground effects; what's the difference?

You can purchase the headers and have them sent to Jet Hot to be sent to you. I would recommend having them coated though. It does make a substantial difference.

I had inquired about this a while back before I bought my headers. You can get them directly from Jet-Hot, no need to ship them there first. Here's the response I got from Debi Heath @ JH.

"Yes, we can get that (p/n 2250H410) in 1 7/8"x3" The cost is $1255.15 and is coated in our Classic Polish.
Send me your address and phone number and I will get the invoice over to you. If they are in stock it takes and 7-14 business days. If they are on back order it may be longer.

Let me know and I will get right on this.

Best
Debi"

I ended up going to with coated Stainless Power LT's from RDP instead, got them in a bundle deal with an SCTx4 tuner and lifetime tunes for only $100 more IIRC. Absolutely zero regrets here!

Did you keep stock exhaust? How much louder is it with LTH + HFC?

cool, I like the stainless power have been doing fine by me, but am getting a torque master starter ASAP now..lol, the starter heat stroke BTW; would not leave you stranded just waiting to cool down and possibly unplug and replug in the battery to clear a code from slow start if its that hot...….
