40th Anniversary Edition SS
Are these 40th Anniversary SS's purely cosmetic differences or did GM add a little performance modifications to them? My brother told me a 40th Anniversary ran an 8.2 on the 1/8th mile at the track a couple of weekends ago and I was wondering it this was possible stock. Someone said that the owner said it was stock, but I'm highly doubting it.

40th would be a 2007. I have never seen a 2007 Camaro. I hear they are pretty rare. A 35th is a standard LS1 powered f-bod. Typically 13.3's in the 1/4 8.5's to 8.6's in the 1/8th on average.

No such thing man. 35th was the last anniversary for Camaro. (The first run, anyway)

What is so unbelievable about an 8.2 in the 1/8?
I've edited this so many times, but: http://www.dragtimes.com/Chevrolet-C...lip-17705.html
