I found the best bang for your buck at HF to be the following 3-ton heavy duty low-profile floor jack with rapid pump.

It is $52 cheaper than the 2-ton, 21.6 lbs lighter than the 2-ton and still has a pretty low minimum to maximum lift height range (2.75" to 20").

who sells the pittsburgh one? I also looking for lift height on top of being low profile

That's the Harbor Freight jack. There are several models, aluminum or steel.
