Is this a normal alignment?
I installed the phastek lowering springs and switched to new wheels so I went to get an alignment. When I brought it in it looked like the front had more camber than the rear but when I picked it up the front looked like it had almost no camber and it makes the top of the tire poke a little from the fender. I asked why there was so little and they told me that there wasn't much room for adjustments and I'd need coilovers or camber plates to gain more. The back looks fine to me just a little toe'd in if anything

Sounds like you found yourself a dummy mechanic. Stock hardware is good up to at least -2.0 degrees per side.
Also, that's a ton of rear toe-in. You only need about half that. I run 0.05 deg per side, front and rear.
