Online window sticker page blank

My car is supposedly at 4150, and it's been there for a couple of weeks now. My sales guy gave me the VIN, and he says that they've received the invoice. The Spastic Squirrel database has never shown the car, but the URL for the window sticker should be:

For a few days after I got the VIN, that URL showed the header and footer on the page, but never the window sticker info itself. I didn't consider that to be a problem, as I thought the car would have to move to 4200 or beyond before the info would appear. Now, however, the URL shows a completely blank page. Something changed, somewhere, I think.

Can anyone more familiar with the system tell me what that likely means?

The window sticker page only works from approximately the time it ships to the time the customer takes delivery. If the window sticker page is blank it either means the vin you supplied is not a valid VIN or it hasn't shipped/invoiced yet or it's already been delivered to the customer.

Chevy changed something in their template regarding the header/footer no longer showing, has nothing to do with your VIN.

It should show eventually, calm down. The blank page is what every unavailable window sticker page does. Since the database just uses the window sticker pages for it's data, it won't show there until the window sticker page starts working.

Mine is the same way (#21865), dealer had invoice in hand 2 days after. Never showed up on site, might be in QC.

As for the blank page... it's been like that for me the last couple days, no header or nothing.
