Thanks for posting these, I always enjoy looking at them !
Looks like the 14 refresh didn't hurt it a bit If Blue Velvet is sharp, I'll be adding to these figures shortly !

I predicted that Mustang would be in Challenger range by the end of the S197 production. Wrong there. See'14 Camaros frequently. I never thought the tail lights were an issue. Up 30% over last year they have to be a plus. Read the '15 Mustang is heavier. That could make me rethink the purchase. The manual shift '07 I have is factory 3353# dry. and 3220# with spare tire and jack out and the alum drive shaft-fly wheel-radiator-radiator bracket-drifter seat etc mods. The old 4.6L 3valve is eclipsed, but the weight makes the car feel really fast. 500 to 600# of weight nullifies a lot of HP. I always intend to keep my '07 despite what new thing comes. Like I wrote before, the only thing that makes your car less valuable is not caring for it properly.

I would bet if there was a way to factor in average purchase price the Camaro sales would be even more impressive when compared to the Mustang.
I also would like to thank the poster of this, i do like to check the numbers and appreciate you collecting the information for the rest of us. |

You might as well wait for the sixth gen now since you already have an SS. It would be great if Blue Velvet turned out nice though.

But I've been surprised before...lol

Where are all those that were saying the sales increases earlier in the year were due to leftover 13's??? I wonder how that crow tastes?

Haha I remember when that was said too.
I'm happy the '14s are so popular outside certain '10-'13 owners who hated it for no reason.

I can't see it beating the 2010 in sales but I think it's awesome that the demand is still there to have a stellar month with over 10k sold.

Well since the 2010 model year was about 5 months longer than a normal model year I would hope they sold more 2010's. The only direct comparison would have to be monthly sales averages.
