after reading a lot of the thread a grand is reasonable considering it keeps the stock look and it keeps the same functionalities from what I can tell...when i buy my camaro and move out to L.A. i might stop by yorba linda to get my camaro's nav done at your shop dude

it doesnt affect onstar, it still works just fine. keep in mind the pics that you are looking at at the Gen 1 kit, the Gen 3 will be a little more refined, and have a flat area around the radio. Ill see if I can post up some pics of it later on. We can paint to match any car as well, we are a full custom shop so anything and everything we do in house.

I think this looks 100x better than the metra kit. I like that you keep the stock feel as much as possible.

I WILL purchase one, but I have a few other things to do first. And when I do the stereo, I want to do it all in one shot. So it will be a little down the road. Great looking product, nice job!

I'm in the same boat. I wanna do my audio towards the end of the year since I'm spending serious cash on exterior mods right now. I'm definitely in for this piece though when I start that project.

Same here. I'm probably looking at the second half of this year. I have to get the money saved up for the kit and the stereo/nav unit plus the cost of the install.

not to mention the actual TV indash. looking a least a grand + on that and then the other grand for the kit. it may take some time for people to get the money for somthing this serious.
and if they are doing all that im sure they are spending at least another thousand on subs, box, speakers, etc....very pricey mod.

well we can still do them one at a time, its just a little more money, since most of the parts arent going to be mass produced. with modifiying the dash and everything one at a time, labor goes way up. the kit would run about 1700 by itself, but would be fit to each radio for every customer, unlike the big ugly trim on metras kit.

i completely understand man im just saying that these might be some of the problems people are going through when tackling the audio/video section of their cars.

Anyway we can get a list of folks who are actually serious about this mod who don't have the cash yet or are not ready to jump into the audio/video mods yet?

Well I can make a name list for the future, and if I end up getting the 20 people I need, I will collect from them and start doing the kit. But for now, they are going to stay one-offs.
