Simple answer: you don't
Long answer: you "fog lights" are "driving lights" and are always on during the day! BEcause you have HIDs the fog lights are really unnecessary.

did the same exact thing when i got mine, foggy one morning and before backing out garage tried to turn them on ... WTF theres no way to turn them on.
