That's what I run for the settings on all sources in mine. But it completely depends on what type of music you listen to, how loud you want it to go without distortion, and whether you like bass, treble or mids.

Of the ones that come with it, the Country Setting is the best. If you customize it, it really will depend on what type of music you listen to most frequently.

try 3,2,2.... u can crank the volume without as much distortion

Best I've found for me is :
T: 0
M: -1
B: +6
Fade to the rear either -1 or -2.

Been quite happy with all music with these settings.

best one except for the bass.

when adjusting eq you want to Boost (or go up the ladder) as little as possible it is always better to cut (or go down the ladder) on the overpowering levels first.

The BA system blows at best. if you are needing more bottom end fill (sub bass and mid bass) then I would recommend some type of subwoofer setup to get you there.
