It was a very long and tiring process to purchase every parking lot I go too. It did cost quite a bit of money also but well worth it.

That car is looks pretty clean in that picture. I bet that the owner cares about their car too.

Camaro is still a Camaro, and when people park next to you with crap cars, your own car usually never leaves the way it was when you parked it there. I had similar experiences with my Cadillac when I had it. Some people have no respect. You sound like one of them.

I know exactly what you mean, it happens to me all the time! I can park in the middle of an empty lot (which yes of course I also own) and walk a half mile to the store and come out 10 min later to find some old beater right next to it with 5000 other spaces open in the lot! I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting to keep something that I am paying on for the next 6 years looking nice. Sure I'm drawn to other nice cars and may even park near them, but I at least have the decency to leave a space or 2 between us. For those of you who don't appreciate my parking (oh and yes I will take 2 spaces if necessary) I happily deed all my door dings to you forever. Have fun with them!

Why not just leave your car in the garage and walk to the store? you'll probably never get a door ding doing that.

I too park in the back 40 in an attempt to evade door dings. When people go out of their way to park next to you when there are TONS of other spots available, then they're just being an a$$hole. If said a$$hole dings my door, especially after I've gone out of my way to make it easy for him to avoid doing so, he's getting a size 14 ding in his door.

When people park next to me I slash their tires.

People around here have learned that parking next to the blacked out camaro is a bad idea.

My dad drives an 06 vette (beautiful car). One day he came out of a store (parked in no man's land) and there was a truck parked right next to him. Dad asked him why in the world he would park that close when there are dozens of other spots available. The guy's response was "Cause I KNOW you won't door me". Strangely, made a lot of sense.
