I am looking at 2G1FZ3DP8D9806990. Is there a way I can pull up the window sticker online and see all the details and options on the car?

Yeah. Go to the dealer website or chevy.com and view the window sticker.

From the vin all I can tell is a 2013 6 speed. Haven't seen a vin decoder for the ZL1, which has it's own system so the normal decoder won't work If it's used the window sticker probably isn't available at chevy.com or the dealer site anymore. Used to be able to get them from spasticsquirrel.com, but I think that site is now defunct, but someone is working on partially restoring it. Best bet is to PM member BeckyD@RodgersChevrolet and see if she will get it for you. She can get build sheets but not sure about window stickers. Build sheet would have more info anyway.

Zl1's really doesn't have many hidden options. You should be able to just look and figure it out. It would be easier than trying to track down a window sticker.

What options are there?
Suede steering wheels/knob
Exposed carbon
Sunroof
Convert/coupe
Manual/auto

Aren't heated seats, nav, npp, back up cam, heated mirrors and all that standard on a zl1?

Nav is an option, but yeah, everything else but nav should be obvious if you have access to the car.

That doesn't tell you options, just car, engine, body style, where it was built etc

The RPO code sticker will. As said before, not many options, but they are all here, with RPO in some of the older threads in this section.

And wheels. Shouldn't need the window sticker to tell what it has.

Thanks. Only thing not stated is that the ZL1 has it's own production sequence separate from the other trim levels.

Like has already been said there are only a few options for the Zl1,as it came loaded from the factory,and the options that anyone could order are easy to see with the naked eye...

I paid extra for NAV, Auto, Sunroof & Mirror package,
plus floormats, cargo mat and car cover.

Did not want wheel upgrade or Microfiber, or the satin nickel gas cap.

So, there are quite a few options.

Plus i didn't get rust proof, or soundproofing.
and turned down the interior protection and interior protection insurance.

But i bought the 7 year 120k Bumper to Bumper.

So, there's lots that you need to know if buying used. I'd go looking for the original bill of sale to find out what was included
