New to the club..
Hey all, I just joined the ZL1 club, I picked up a new '13 M6 coupe in Victory Red. I had just sold my '67 SS/RS and was looking for a replacement, something along the lines of a 2010-11 SS, maybe add a supercharger down the road, that kind of thing.
The general manager at the local dealer told me I had to test drive this car. After the experience, I told the wife "I must have this car in my life!". A hit to the line of credit and 5 days later it was home. I must say after only 2500 km, I have absolutely no regrets. I'm not planning a whole lot of changes yet. Maybe a Roto-Fab and some lighting changes this winter and see what happens from there. Anyway, glad to be here. |

Congrats on the car. Welcome to the forum. If you check out the Canada forum there is a cruise coming up to The badlands soon. We did our first cruise this summer to revelstoke and met a lot of fun people.

A lot of us went straight from 1st Gens to the ZL1. I can only speak for myself, but this is the most complete muscle car in existence. It will make you forget that you ever owned anything else. There is just something about this car that satisfies every need a car guy could have. When I see guys post about owning this car for life...I get it. What could possibly top this?
Welcome to the Victory Red ZL1 club. Drive it as much as life will allow. It is not a collector car like your '67. It is meant to be driven. Don't keep the miles low for the next guy. It's yours, so get out there and drive it.
