Top Notch CS at CarPro
Just wanted to come on here and post about a terrific experience I just had with Corey at CarPro-us.com
I had placed a pretty big order a couple days ago that included a product I needed for a detail job I was doing tomorrow (Thursday). I selected 2-Day shipping and typed in a coupon code for discounted shipping. The shipping was deducted and I was sent confirmation email that showed 2-Day shipping. Well, the shipping method was changed without my knowledge and it didn't get here today. This was a problem for me. I sent Corey an email explaining the situation and asking why it had been changed. He called me from his cell within five minutes at 9:00pm and left a message explaining that the coupon codes don't work for that shipping method and that he always sends an email to the customer explaining the change in shipping before it leaves the warehouse. He admitted he had overlooked my order and hadn't emailed me regarding this. Could not have been nicer or more apologetic. So I call him back and we talked for about ten minutes about the misunderstanding. I was perfectly content, mistakes happen and he owned up to it and apologized profusely. Then he tells me he fixed my account on there so that I would have automatic discounts on most products...forever. He said it was to make up for any "shame" he caused me in not being able to complete the job tomorrow. I was floored and told him that was completely unnecessary, but he insisted. What a nice guy. He was willing to take a cut in his profit margin to make up for what was essentially miscommunication. Vendors take note: Even though he made a mistake, he assured that I will be a customer for life. Anything they sell, I will order from them from now on. Customer for life. A+++++

He even told me to give my customer his cell # so he could explain that it was his fault and not mine that I couldn't do the job. Who does that?

That's awesome. I've only ordered once from them but have absolutely no issue in supporting him in the future.
Thanks for posting it up.
