Non-chlorinated water

Where do I find non-chlorinated water?

I have some light tint I got from http://www.bigwormgraphix.net/ and it says to use non chlorinated water.

Yes, I believe there is chlorine and other trace elements in drinking water......distilled is what you need.

Urine doesn't have chlorine in it (at least, it shouldn't) but I doubt you want to use that for applying window tint

if you get your water from a well, you can just use your well water. If you have city water, then you might want to get some distilled water in a gallon jug.
