New brake setup change pads?

This winter I upgraded to the GM performance 6 piston setup with the 14.6 rotors.

I have a track day coming up very soon, should I change these out for something better?

I am still a novice and only make it to maybe 2 track events per year so not wanting to spend big$$. Last year I used track day pads front and rear on the stock SS brakes along with SRF fluid and they worked great.

So with the added braking power in the front will the stock pads be good? I would not mind getting the track day pads again but I can not find them in the correct size.
