Ok so he went on vacation and is now back, they still didn't answer the phone all day today. No e-mails, and still no word on the order I placed a month ago which still just reads received, just saying you should communicate with your paying costumers better or they will not recommend you or come back to you in the future. I would rather pay more and get good service than less and be ignored.

On an unrelated order, I'm kinda getting same treatment. Once I finally get my order,its no more RPI. Seems like they drop ship everything.

We were on vacation and this is our busiest time of the year. We are currently 3 weeks from order date to ship on custom painted parts and carbon fiber.

We are catching up as we were longer a week ago trying to catch up from vacation.

We paint these parts in house, they are not shipped from another location.

Just got it in...had to trim a little due to my vortech kit ...makes the engine bay look 100% better!! Sorry about the emails , I should read the website before hand next time!!
