I gained zero HP without a tuning change, but you can add some timing if you want, mine was on the edge as it was. On the dyno I saw a 25rwhp retained with the chiller in other words after pass with it off I dropped 25rwhp and after that it continued to go down. With the chiller on it never lost a single HP! That in itself is a "GAIN" because your car will always be "HOT" at running tempature. So a 25-30 HP gain is reasonable at operating temps.

well that's good to know guess i could always add some meth to make more hp, guess the most important part is to keep your motor from knocking

This what I like the most about it, its makes me feel safer laying into out on the street when no race fuel is in the car and if I get bad gas its not nearly as likely to knock with 30* cooler IATs.

Who's the closest installer to Ft Lee, VA? :P 1LE on order and putting on an SLP TVS2300 ASAP with CAI/LT headers and HF cats on the dual mode exhaust. From what I'm reading I can tune the car before this is added? Would it be easier to install at the same time as the TVS & headers etc? Likely going to have SLP install the TVS up in New Jersey where they are at. Thoughts? Thanks

Maybe I should check with SLP and see if they know how to install it. I suspect I have to have one of their approved installers though to maintain whatever warranty they might offer. I know you have it so I'd appreciate any intel you can offer. PM if necessary. Thanks!

It is not real hard, need someone who can evac the A/C system and charge it again, but they prolly have to do that anyway, and other than some wiring and pulling the front facia off nothing really more to it after than just splice the water hoses and a couple relay mounts and vaccume lines. SLP should be able to do it, not sure if they will or not, just have to ask.

Happen to know the closest installer to me in VA? I know they are in FL and I saw something about someone in NC but not sure they were installing yet. Think it's worth the $800 plus install costs(guessing $100ish)

I have a different bracket for ZL1 that keeps the Chiller hidden but farther back in similar location. This requires removing radiator coolant tank. I’m offering 1 free Roto-Fab relocation tank that mounts on left side that I bought at CamaroFest.

We recommend 5 hrs installation but some first timers have taken longer.

We have 1 year warranty on parts. I have a special in house $200 installation out the door. Phil’s Automotive in Murphy NC does installs, I can give you his info. Any AC technician willing to take bumper cover off should be qualified to do the install.

Are you going to The Late Model Muscle Car event at Bradenton October?
