First up yesterday was separate clutch resivoir from master cylinder and flush out old brake fluid and replace with Superblue. Clutch resivoir is only in a temporary location over night. Forgot to bring my right angle drill. Will be moving it to permanent location today.

Last project was change out the stock end links to the new BMR endlinks. Pretty simple task. After we got the wheels back on and sitting on the lift, I think I will be making a small end link adjustment today.

Yeah no kidding. I am missing the weather window for a test drive by one freaking day. Beer time time at Bro's place in Aldergrove today. Are you stopping to pick up your trinkets.

First of three small clean up projects yesterday. First up, Elite Engineering catch can. LS3 only L99 different. You might notice I installed a radiator drain cock to drain catch can, but it won't work. I will be changing that to a petcock with a small tube discretly tucked away for under Pumpkin for ease at oil chang time. Be cause the rad is tipped back for the Vararam CAI access is a bit difficult to the catch can. I hate to struggle. You will also have to modify (shorten) the mount for catch can if yoy have a Vararm CAI.

Next was re-install the MSD 2 Step. Pretty much plug and play. NOS micro switch in the clutch pedal installation to come. Needless to say the drivers seat has to be removed for easy access. Hate to struggle and we believe that removing seat for easy access will be benificial. Stay tunned for part 2 down road.

Installing the the MSD 2 step is simple. It's installing the micro switch in the clutch peadal that's going to be a BEEEEEAtch. Going to take drivers seat out to gain access.

That is actually the effort I was referring to. Getting the microswitch calibrated to the clutch gap is a (as you said) a BEEEEEAtch. |

That too. But what I was referring to was actually installing the micro switch. Having to work under the dash will be no fun. That's why the seat is comming out.

Just viewed GTAHVIT's DIY on the Heritage Grill install. Well done. Looks pretty simple. Next thing up is the grill installation.
