Finally got the time to get the headers install done

Put in the spark wires and fire sleeves while i was in there...

Should have a sound clip soon!!!

just a question. Why do you need stealth bulbs if you have a phantom grill? Can people really see the bulb through the grill?

yup.... grill only looks solid when looked at standing up.... down at front bumper level you can see the lights no problem....

bulbs went on before the grille and the grille will come off at some point... so i need em regardless.

2010 ssrs... the stripes are actually matte black... its the lighting that made it look silverish...

also... i was surprised at how fast the headers changed color from silver to this purplish bluish copperish color....

Had a little problem after the headers install... a very UGLY rattle when accelerating... turns out the pipes where lowered into the stock tunnel brace since the headers hang a little lower....

installed the BMR tunnel brace and all is A ok now

just waiting for the weather to cool down a little (around 112 degrees outside right now) so i can get working on the rest

okay... this isnt my SS (a friend of mines)... but we spent a weekend messing around with CF vinyl... what do you guys think???

Personally, i luv the CF but not a fan of the reddish stripes...
