I really didn't want to post the thread that provoked this. I just felt it was in the best interest of my friends and colleagues. I really hate doing stuff like that. I like to think of myself as a "the glass is half full" kind of person.

Meanwhile, back to ME and MY CAR... IPS Brandon is working up some quotes for a cam and torque converter as well as Pfadt differential and subframe bushings.

Yea that's me too. You notice I didn't post because my experience was the exact opposite. My wheels came out perfect and are as smooth as glass. Nick at BFXAuto took great care of me through the entire process and I love my wheels. Savini should've acted sooner in your case, but at least they got you taken care of.

Glad to see you're going with the cam and converter. I did the comp VVT cam and Circle D TC. I'd be interested to see what IPS recommends for you. I'm actually leaving right now to go have a smaller pulley installed and pull another dyno. I'll keep watching for your updates.

That looks like fun. I may need to put something on my rear diffuser to protect it from road rash...

Hell, if I ever did a wheelie like that - I'm the one who would need to be wearing the Depends..

T - sorry about your Savini's and the way this worked out. Just wanted to say that there are a number of us who appreicate your honesty!!

Off to work darn it, Canes vs Ducks tonight and NC State vs Arizona tomorrow afternoon, so much for my weekend. Drink a beer or something for me..

Tu sent me an email yesterday and said they had run the refund on my credit card. So, in the end, Savini did the right thing.
