Sorry for the late post.....but better late than never.

Both, my wife and I, had a great time in Oshawa. Seen lots of cool mods. Cosmetics, colors and my favorite... bolt on's. After that weekend, my next mod will be......Uhm.....SUPERCHARGER. Hats off to the organizers and sponsors. There is just to many to list and I don't want to leave anyone out. You have done a great job and everyone knows how much work was involved to make this weekend a great success. Nice to see lots of people from very far away and I can say that I've met Super 60. Great guy. The diffuser with all the signatures looks great hung up in my garage.:w00t

Reason why I'm late with a post is 1) had to work my butt off when I got back. 2) my wife had an accident and totaled the car. She is fine. Came out with a few bumps and bruises but other than that, she's OK. Thank you God! Waiting on insurance so we can go shopping for another. Oh! and no it isn't the Camaro. It's our daily driver Monte Carlo SS. Too bad, we really liked that car and it was very good to us. No $$ dumped in it for repairs other than an alternator and tires.

Hope to see you all next year and next time, I'll try and be there for the whole weekend.

Thanks Eric & Dawn - we thoroughly enjoyed meeting you and all our new friends. Your Niagara Falls tips came in handy and we meet Vince the bellman who remembered you both & your SIM. We hope your trip home was uneventful and we'll keep in touch to see you again. PS - Bon Voyage !!!

Lot's of great stories and fun times being brought up here but I just want to pass on a cautionary tale.

We just got off the phone with a Mastercard rep. It seems our pattern of spending changed enough for a red flag to be raised. Several recent charges in the Toronto area Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and today involved Karen's credit card even though she was in the Ottawa area as of 2:00 PM Sunday. The only time she recalls using her card since Thursday the 19th was for the reservation at the Holiday Inn. My card was used for gas and the one meal on Saturday. Her card is now cancelled and a new one will be issued so no big deal on our part. Kudos to MC for getting on top of this so quick. Of course, they are the ones out of pocket so I guess they're motivated.

Soooo...Everyone might want to keep a close eye on their credit card statements this month. It could be that the card was scanned somewhere in Ottawa days or even weeks before but the coincidence of where the unauthorized charges are being made and our trip this past weekend led me to post this. Hopefully this is an isolated occurence but I thought it would be better if I mentioned it so people could check and if necessary report any discrepancies. The more info they get the easier it is to catch these guys.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled programing.

Rick & Karen.
Thanks Rick. I used AmEX while there for some stuff, so I'll check it too!
