Will going to a 305 throw off the speedometer? Would love to run a 305 but don't want any issues.

I don't have BF but I am running 275/40/20 in the front and 315/35/20 in the rear. Also this is my daily driver. If also helps that it covers that huge wheel gap that the 285 tires left all around without dropping the suspension a bit.

The stock wheels and tires are great in summer or on the track, but you're right, this car needs something different that lasts longer (and is less expensive) for a daily driving set. I went with a different wheel for my daily driving set as well. I have 18x9 Forgestar F14's on all four corners wrapped in 255/55R18 Nitto Motivo tires

I've got the BFG's on the back right now in the stock size and I love them. I don't suggest the wacked out pressures some people recommend but the tire is great. I'd take it all day long over the MPSS. Way cheaper, way better in my opinion. I've got MPSS A/S3's up front only because I had them already. They push like a dump truck around corners. I'm about ready to get them put on the back so I can burn them off. It will be interesting to see if the BFGs push as bad. For handling, I'm a G2 fan all the way. They just wear out too fast for daily driving.
I'm sure a lot of people will call me crazy for not liking the MPSS A/S3 but that's the way it is for me. I will likely buy an extra set of BFGs to put on the shelf next bonus. I like them that much for a daily driver. Forgot to say for the money there's no comparison. I bought mine on TireRack.com. Right now they're $172.50 verse the MPSS A/S3 at $346.25. Since they're both just what I call run-a-rounds, and have basically the same millage warranty, like anyone gets to use that on these cars, why pay for a name. You can almost literally burn a set of the BFGs off for free and replace them with a second set for the same money as the MPSS A/S3.

[QUOTE=Texas_RS;8944073]BFG Comp 2 A/S front 285/35/20 & Rear 305/35/20, all four for about $800
How do they ride compare to the Goodyear F1? Planning on getting them.

As far as comfort, huge difference. Way softer ride w/ the bfg...Been in all weather conditions so far; rain, cold, hot with no problems, good traction. I do have one con when compared to the goodyears...the bfg has slight extra lean/give to them like when turning at higher speed, but I think that's due to the softer sidewall of the bfg, Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I wouldn't use them on a track but they're nice on the road for DD. I don't think there's an all season out there you can really put head-to-head with the G2's in the handling department. That would be the same as comparing the G2's to an all season tire for snow performance.

I got NITTO 420S they are made originally for SUV's but they grip super well. I took off in the rain and I felt the back end leave me but they caught traction a split second later. They're super nice too.
