I would be more. concerned as to way the first motor blew than the fire. The first was most likely the result of human error from the motor replacement they even said it wasnt running right which leads me to believe again, a failure of the mechanic.

Long story short, his Hellcat made 1k hp. He races in ‘mexico’ a lot - he just pushed his car too hard. He seems to have frequent car problems with not only his hellcat but his other cars too. And his YouTube channel is a lot of clickbait. There was one video that claims he’s selling the hellcat, and then dozens more after it with him in the same Hellcat

That all now makes all kinds of sense. His car burning now has very little to do withthe brand from what Im reading.

Am I to assume his mods killed his warranty and if so, does that mean he’s financially a$$-out or is his insurance on the hook to replace or the shop that did his tune? Just curious.

last video i saw he picked up a used purple hellcat, pretty sure it was replaced under warranty.

My brother special ordered a battleship gray hellcat and so far it has been flawless. He doesnt baby it either.

a friends 6 cylinder challenger burned less than a year ago.he started it,began to pull out of his driveway,and had to get out less than 15 feet later.no mods,2000 miles on it.insurance totalled it as it was crisp from firewall forward.

I've come across some of his videos on youtube. I don't like the guy, not even almost. At one point when he blows up his modified car, he almost begs people to donate money so he can hurry up and replace it to keep making videos that he knows we all love. He shows clear disregard and ignorance of how engines work. I don't have a hellcat, wtf would I donate so you can put a new motor in yours?

I've not watched this video, nor will I, but first thing that comes to my mind, is him doing this as insurance fraud to get out of a beaten and battered vehicle.

I'm sure he's a nice guy, but the person he portrays on youtube, I wouldn't piss on if he was on fire.

Sometimes the friction caused by car payments and insurance payments rubbing together can cause vehicles to "spontaneously combust ".
