If my health improves, I'll be back to a Camaro with a ZL1 someday.
twin turbo sonic go go though thats a bummer =/

why did you decide to go for the 1.4t sonic and not the 1.4t cruze eco? they both claim similar MPGs, but the cruze is a larger car with more room in the back seats.

i like the cruze, but that's just my opinion...

The Sonic is a great little car. Just bought a 2LT (auto/hatchback) for the daughter a couple of weeks ago and we are very impressed with it.
Wife, daughter, and I did a mini vacation last weekend and put about 300 miles on it and I was in the back seat for alot of those miles and I was very comfortable and did not feel cramped at all. Cabin is very roomy for the size car that it is.

Smaller & lighter, meaning quicker with the same engine as the Cruze. I'm not worried about back seat room. On the rare times I have 3+ people in the car, it should be fine. My neice/nephew would fit fine back there with no issues, for example. They fit fine in the Camaro too

Oh, and a little update. Sonic will be at the dealership on Monday, so I think I'll have pics by that evening.

Those cruze ecos are great cars I must add. My dad bought one a few months ago and it has been doing a good 40-45 mpg in the city. Granted its standard so depending on how you drive the car will be more efficient. But if the sonic has less space in the back than the cruze that backseat must be tiny. The cruze has a very oddly snapped backseat and is uncomfortable for me. And I am only 5 feet 7 inches and 18 years old.

If he's having leg issues that prevent him from using the clutch, I imagine getting into and out of the Camaro is problematic, as well.

Get well soon, Steve.
