I'm sooo peed off!!!

So I finally decide to take the plunge & trade my black V6 2LT for an SS. I was supposed to go pick up my 2012 SS RS yesterday after signing off on the deal Sat. I walk in & all the guys had this grim look on their faces. I said "WHAT!" They said the car was sold 3 wks ago & the guy who sold it at that dearship never took it off inventory.
OK, when I fist did this deal I told them their were 4 non-negotiables-1) it had to be black, 2) it had to be automatic, 3) no sunroof, 4) leather.
"There is no 2011 or 2012 within a 5,000 mile radius" they tell me. They said to let them find out how much the 2013 is & it all ended w/me saying it's not gonna be in my price range. I got a msg this morning that they "have good news". I called the guy back, he was w/a customer & I'm at work & said I wouldn't be available for a couple hrs. That's where it stands. They were gonna sell me the 2012 SS RS was 38,800.
I'm so damn mad.

I'm so upset I can't spell, lol. Anyway, they were gonna tint my windows as part of the deal too because I told them I was supposed to get my windows tinted this Fri on my V6. This was after the deal too. :(((((((

talk to the head of the food chain (owner whoever) and ask them one question, "What are you going to do to make this right?"

With no leather or Sunroof? This is high, IMO. You can do a better deal.

One of the non-negotiables was it had to have leather, this one did.

This. What did you sign??

And I still think $38,800 is high for a 2012 with the 13's coming out soon.

I also call BS that there isn't another black one with your specifications within 5,000 miles.
