It's not listed. I presume it's the stock 87mm. Post a pic of it, and we can easily tell you.

A gold blade ls3/ls7 90mm TB will pick up about 15-20hp with your current mods and the additions we're talking about (not a bad investment at about $150). Even if you go with a 102 later, you can sell the 90 for $75 or so easily.

You really need to get headers on that car at a bare minimum. Headers, a 9.17 or 9.55, and a 90mm TB would really wake it up.

sounds good, I'll speak with JRE in the morning and get some things coming, looking forward to the improvements! I'll pull intake tube off this weekend and confirm TB, I doubt it was changed since its not listed in the build sheet

No need to pull the intake. You can tell from the look of the throttle body. If it has a flat black plastic plate on one side, it's stock. If it has an aluminum protrusion on one side instead, it's a 90mm.

Ok great, I’ll look tomorrow, thank you. Any vendor suggestions on a 90 or 102, best price on injectors, Dax pump kit?

90mm: ACDelco 217-3153, looks like the price has gone up, though. It used to be $150 but now they are selling for $200+. Maybe it's near end-of-life since the GenIV platform is older now.

102mm: Nick Williams. Many forum vendors and others carry them. You can get raw or black anodized. I'd suggest you get the "boosted" version just in case (stronger motor). You'd need to make sure your snout is ported large enough for the 102, or the blade will hit the snout and not open. There is also a spacer made by several vendors in the event your snout isn't opened enough. Or you could do it yourself with a die grinder if you were so inclined. Hard to say what the Lingenfelter opening size is, and if they matched the snout port to the blower opening for better gains (assuming they did). Anyway, if you just want decent bang-for-the-buck with no hassle, I'd just pick up a 90mm TB.

Injectors- there's a guy on the ZL1 Parts subforum here who is selling a set of ID1050x brand new for $850 shipped. That's a great deal on those in my opinion.

Aux pump- Only one I'd buy is the DSX aux pump, direct from DSX or other vendors, they might give you a package deal on injectors and pump kit together, too.

If you went with a boost-a-pump instead, I'd recommend the JMS pedal-actuated one. I'm happy with mine, and many vendors have them.
