Passenger side rear quarter window seal is loose. Has anyone else had or noticed this problem or anyone have theirs leak ?

No, that's not how it's supposed to fit. (Just checked on my 2010.) Looks like aftermarket replacement junk. What's the history of your car?

Mine is also garaged. The seal fits snug into the recess. I don't know how hard you're trying to lift it. It is flexible and not glued down, but there's no gap that would allow me to lift the edge. Obviously, I'm not going to try prying it up.

While the windshield is glued in, other windows may be retained by channelled rubber seals. Windshields used to be installed this way too, until they became structural members of the car body. The only instance I ever had of rust was due to a mis-shaped pinch weld that allowed water to leak into the channel in the seal, and down into the pinch weld where there was little or no paint. But we're talking 30 years ago, when forming and welding were crude by today's computer controlled standards.
