Hey everyone, this is my first post here.

I am ordering my victory red 2ss next week. And I just wanted to check with you guys what I should think of before.
What is the best price I could get compared to MSRP? I qualify for the college rebate, is that the best I can do (basically 1k under msrp)?

BTW one dealer I went to told me that the college rebate is something that I get when it is delivered, should I really sign on msrp then or should it state the discounted price on the order form?

I am in central NJ, anyone know of a good dealer around here?

Don't order it until you have an agreed on price by both parties. Make sure the dealer signs the offer and you know the "out the door" total price (includes taxes, etc.).

You can get your car for considerably under MSRP. I got mine for well below invoice. Don't be afraid to shop around a bit before ordering.

Darth_Emma is right, get everything signed first. I recently saw a red SS at Malouf on route 1 in North Brunswick. Is that near you? They had a couple V6's and V8's but the red SS stood out. Google them if this window sticker doesn't open for you. It doesn't list much but there's a phone #. http://www.autofind.com/dealer/detai...178543/window/

I found a dealer I liked so I ordered right away. a Victory red 2ss with tan interior and sunroof. Now the wait begins...
