Tell me to buy the black ice-olator!
I have been reading up as much as possible on this mod, seems to be a good bang for the buck mod. I'm not the best tool or engine man, I did put in my CAI and Ported tb but not sure if I could tackle this. Are the gains worth it and could I install this as a beginner??

You guys should look into getting the throttle controller by Vitesse Motorsports. I was one of the testers and I'm telling you this thing is awesome The thottle response is insane and it actually makes the car sound more aggressive. This is the link to their pre order list. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...=372526&page=7

It is a great mod & not too bad to install. I was anxious about it & had a mechanic friend of mine come over & help me.

If you can't install yourself, what do you think the install would be for the ice-olater?

Labor cost shouldn't be more than 2 hrs for a pro.
This is a must have mod for your camaro. Do what ever it takes. |

cool, that helps out a lot. I'm about to buy one off a guy for a good price. he said he never got around to putting it on. looks to be in good shape. I dont have the ported throttle body yet, but since a good deal has came up...I will be putting this on first. Will I notice the difference without the ported TB?

Yes, still best device going for our Camaro, mid range TQ is where it is best noticed. Install is rather easy with basic mechanic tools. Take a look for some install threads that are in this section somewhere.
