Yes, instead of shooting them with a percussion device, taser them and then beat the fu** out of them while they're down, cut their tires and break out the windows of their cars. If they get up then shoot them. Walk off like nothing happened, just like they walked off with your property, it's what the commies do.

I wonder if there is a way of stamping the back of the wheels with a identifier? Sort of like a firearms serial number. In most cases if the crooks try to file the number off they can still be identified.

I'm certain if enough of them continue to get stolen, insurance companies will pressure manufacturers to add identifiers.
