2010 2LT V6 MPG Dropping
My Camaro used to get really good gas mileage but has been dropping and dropping to now only getting 18mpg blended. What can I check or service to get somewhere near a few years back? Closer to 23mpg?

Tips:
1. Stop flooring it 2. change your air filter 3. Use better gas, 4. tire pressure/alignment check 5. clean the intake valves (not quick) blame direct injection

Pull a plug or two and make sure they aren't completely covered.
I noticed that I was running rich for a little while, and then my high-pressure fuel pump went in the engine. Then it was just dumping fuel through it. It was not a cheap repair.

Check your 02 sensors.

Starting to wonder if I'm having a similar issue. I don't think the car is running richer than normal but my gas mileage is awful (like OP, used to average over 22, now I barely get 24 on the highway it seems). Any other symptoms to look for? I could data log but I don't know how to read it. lol

It's honestly very easy to pull plugs on these engines. I would pull 1 from each bank to make sure they aren't completely black, and monitor oxygen sensors data.
Here's what my plugs looked like versus the new ones I put in, when I was having the issue with the fuel pump:

I have been running this LLT close to 10 years. I always loose mileage when they come out with the winter gas formula, then it messes up your fuel tables even into the spring.
Here is how to get it back. 1) Always run top tier fuel. 2) Pull fuse 5 & 20. 3) Clean throttle plate and mass air flow sensor (special CRC cleaner) 4) Put fuses back in and watch mileage go back up. I can do 33-34 all highway on summer fuel.
