Not sure, but that may be an integrated antenna for the AM/FM instead of tint.....

Sweet! Although your radio date appears to have the same problem mine does, as far as not showing the correct date.

Mine, as well. The good part is that the dots are between the layers of the glass, so I can stick my SunPass Mini (pre-paid toll transponder) there without it showing from the outside.
