Registration for new drivers does not seem to be open yet.

They did say today but not what time.

Keep trying throughout the day.

Even though my car is pretty much stock in the power department, I'm going to try and get in on this just for the fun of it. Spent the day on the sidelines taking pictures last year. Looked like fun for the driver's so I'm going to give it a go.
