I have a 2012 camaro conv. and would like more power. My son knows a guy in texas that does super tunes. do these really help.Can you get better gas mileage after he is done. What all does a tune do. Iam new to all this so any help would be great.

I'm not exactly sure what a "super tune" is but a tune optimizes the air fuel ratios/ rev limiters and shift points (auto)and the list goes on. If you are stock I would just do a fuse pull and call it a day. Tunes void your warranty, just FYI.

You have an auto so a tune can definitely improve how the car drives and increase the fun. However it does void the power train warranty so most people pair it with other upgrades that require it - headers, cam, s/c, etc. check out the bolt on section for more information

hay lexlueger, you said do a fuse pull but did not say which one. I already put a borla cat back and cold air induction on. thanks for the info.

I have checked a lot of shops out and i ended up there..plus he matchs everyones prices.good luck
